Salary range: $39.84/hr to $65.36/hr
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed in Washington State as a Registered Nurse
Current CPR Certification, ACLS, or equivalent training
Excellent customer service skills, effective speaking, communication, and professionalism required
DESCRIPTION:
Performs nursing care to patients in the Hospital Acute Care, ER, and Swing Bed Departments. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing excellent nursing care for Patients and supervises the direct care given by certified nursing assistants. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the implementation of current standards of nursing care and for directing and following North Valley Hospital policies and North Valley Hospital District Service Culture policy. The RN is also responsible for interpreting policy to the employees, patients, families, physicians, and various interested persons. Establishes and maintains a highly positive relationship with co-workers, patients, families, and the community. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST (MLT)
($5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS depending on fte)

Salary range: $25.82/HR to $42.37/HR
QUALIFICATIONS:
MLT with an associates degree in related health sciences and certified with a nationally recognized agency (ASCP) or CLS by the National Certification Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel or Medical Technologist Certified with a nationally recognized agency (example ASCP)
Current CPR certificate
Current Washington State Department of Health MAP Phlebotomy License.
Recent experience in: blood banking; microbiology; blood gas analysis, with experience in arterial puncture; hematology, and automated chemistry.

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers while providing medically reliable, high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners. Speech Language Pathologist
Location: North Valley Hospital, Tonasket WA 98855
Position Information: 1 FULL TIME Hourly
Salary range: $39.00/hr - $58.00/hr
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Medical Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Strong understanding of language development, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
DESCRIPTION:
The Medical Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in patients and residents of North Valley Hospital District’s Extended Care facility. The MSLP works with infant through geriatric patients affected by a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to neurological disorders, brain injuries, developmental delays, learning disabilities, or genetic disorders; the SLP will provide critical therapies and education to enhance the patient's quality of life.

Purchasing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
At least five (5) years of experience in purchasing and/or central supply operations within complex, regulated environments.

The Purchasing Manager at North Valley Hospital District (NVHD) provides leadership and operational oversight for Central Supply and its team members. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient procurement of supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Purchasing Manager will foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to enhance processes and outcomes while collaborating closely with department managers and the CFO to ensure fiscal stewardship and accountability.
