On July 27 2023, the Board of Commissions endorsed the 2024 Strategic Plan following months of deliberations, stakeholder input, community needs, and market data.

In the coming months the Administration Team will identify annual goals to help accomplish the listed objectives and report progress to the Board quarterly.
