Strategic Plan
On November 15 of the 2018 the Board of Commissions launched the Strategic Planning Process to develop short and long term goals for the Hospital District.
On December 13th the Board endorsed the four strategic pillars shown below with communication representing the foundation of all of these efforts. The pillars will be the structure to build the operational goals and objectives within.
Based on the identified pillars the Administrative team developed the following Executive Level goals:
Survey Data
Community members, employees, healthcare partners, government officials, and non profit organizaitons were invited to share feedback on NVHD via an online or paper survey. The full report of those findings is available below.
